An interesting study was published in Holland earlier this year, comparing the effect that a GP’s knowledge of CAM (Complementary & Alternative Medicine) might have on his or her patients. The study compared data from almost 2000 ‘conventional’ GPs, who had no knowledge of CAM therapies, with that of 79 GPs who had additional training in one or more type of CAM.
